Privacy
Last updated 22 September 2026. This policy explains what Timeto does and does not collect when you use this site.
Timeto has no accounts, no cashier and no advertising network wired into the game. We do not ask for your name, your email address or a payment detail in order to play, and we cannot identify an individual player from the way the site works. The sections below set out the detail.
The only information we receive directly from you is what you choose to put in an email. If you write to our support address we hold your message, your address and any attachments for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the issue, and we use them for nothing else. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list.
Like any website, ours is served over the internet, and our hosting provider records standard technical request data: the IP address the request came from, the date and time, the page or file requested, the response status, the referring page where one is sent, and the browser's user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the site available and to investigate faults and abuse. They are retained for a short period and then discarded.
Final Tick 21 runs entirely in your browser. The shuffled deck, the hands and the coin balance are held in the page's memory and never sent to us. Reloading the page or closing the tab erases them completely. We keep no record of hands played, outcomes, stakes or balances, and there is nothing on our side to link a session to a person.
We set no advertising or analytics cookies and use no third-party tracking pixels. Where a browser preference is needed to make the site usable it is held in your own browser and can be cleared through your browser's settings at any time.
Two external services are involved in delivering the site: the hosting provider that serves these files, and a public web-font service that supplies the typefaces. Requests to those services are subject to their own logging. Beyond them, we share nothing with anyone. We do not sell, rent or trade information about visitors, because we hold almost none, and there is no circumstance in which we would.
This site is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has sent us information through our support address, write to us and we will delete it.
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to our email is restricted to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we hold as little as possible — the most effective protection available to us.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Because our records are limited to support email and short-lived server logs, such a request is usually straightforward. Write to hello@timeto-nhl.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If this policy changes we will replace the text on this page and update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means the revised policy applies.
