These terms form an agreement between you and Timeto covering your use of this website and the game on it. By loading any page you accept them. If you do not accept them, please leave the site.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Timeto. By using the site you confirm that you are. We may restrict or refuse access where we believe this requirement is not met, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the site is lawful where you are.
Timeto is a free social gaming site provided for entertainment purposes only. No real-money wagering takes place here. There is no facility to deposit money, no facility to withdraw it, and no prize, reward or item of value is offered, awarded or implied at any point.
Coins shown in the game are a scorekeeping device with no monetary value. They are issued free, held only in your browser for the duration of a session, and destroyed when the page is reloaded or closed. Coins cannot be purchased, sold, redeemed, withdrawn, transferred between players, or exchanged for currency, goods, services or credit of any kind. A coin balance is not property, not a deposit and not a debt owed to you, and we may change the amount granted, the stake sizes or the payout structure at any time.
Please use the site as intended. You agree not to interfere with or attempt to disrupt its operation; not to use automated scripts, bots or other tools to interact with the game; not to modify, reverse engineer or tamper with the game code in order to misrepresent results to other people; not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems; and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.
The site is provided as it is, when it is available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the game itself, at any time and without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and are not obliged to preserve anything held in your browser.
The design, text, code, layout and branding of this site belong to Timeto or are used with permission, and may not be copied, republished or reused without our written consent. Twenty-one is a traditional card game and no claim is made over its rules. Timeto is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any sports league, team, competition or other organisation, and no such connection should be inferred from our domain name or branding.
The site and the game are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Outcomes in the game are produced by a shuffled virtual deck and a pseudo-random number generator; they are for entertainment only, do not predict or influence anything outside this site, and confer no advantage in any other activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timeto and the people who work on it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or for any loss of data, time or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where we link to a page we do not operate, we do so for convenience and take no responsibility for its content or practices.
We may revise these terms. The current version always appears on this page with its date, and continued use of the site after a revision means you accept it.
